Deine Verantwortungsbereiche

Unterstütze die Co-CEOs sowie das lokale Team in den USA in allen operativen, strategischen und umsetzungsorientierten Aufgaben rund um den Aufbau und das Wachstum von Vytal in den USA. Du bildest die Brücke zwischen unserem Hauptsitz in Deutschland und unseren schnell wachsenden Aktivitäten v.a. in Kalifornien, aber auch in New York, Atlanta oder Hawaii.

Deine Aufgaben

Business- und Finanzsteuerung der US Tochtergesellschaft: Erstellung von Performance-Dashboards und Leitung regelmäßiger Performance Reviews
Kommunikation und Alignment: Sicherstellung der effektiven Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Vytal Teams in Europa und den USA sowie innerhalb des US Teams
Projekte zur Marktexpansion und Kundenbetreuung: Umsetzung von Initiativen zur Umsatzsteigerung mit Neu- und Bestandskunden wie z.B. Oracle Park (San Francisco), LA Coliseum (Los Angeles) etc.
Co-CEO Support: Erstellung von Präsentationen, Analysen und Follow-ups für interne und externe Meetings

Was du mitbringst:

Wir suchen eine außergewöhnlich motivierte Person als Founder Associate, die direkt mit unseren beiden Co-CEOs an der Skalierung unserer US-Tochtergesellschaft arbeitet. Diese sehr praxisnahe Rolle eignet sich ideal für Personen, die ihre Karriere beschleunigen und sich auf eine Founder-/GM-Rolle vorbereiten wollen.

3 - 6 Jahre Erfahrung in Startups, Beratung, Finance oder ähnlichen Rollen.
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke.
Hohe Hands-on-Mentalität und eigenständige Arbeitsweise über Zeitzonen hinweg.
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch, Hawaiianisch & Spanisch als Plus
Unternehmerisches Mindset sowie die Ambition und der Wille, in eine Founder-/GM-Rolle hineinzuwachsen, z.B. perspektivisch als General Manager von VYTAL US Inc.
Reisebereitschaft, um mindestens 4 - 6 Wochen pro Quartal in den USA zu sein

Your areas of responsibility

Support the Co-CEOs and the local US team in all operational, strategic, and execution-focused tasks related to building and growing Vytal in the United States. You will act as the bridge between our headquarters in Germany and our rapidly expanding activities primarily in California, as well as in New York, Atlanta, and Hawaii.

Your Tasks:

Business and financial steering of the US subsidiary: preparing performance dashboards and leading regular performance reviews
Communication and alignment: ensuring effective collaboration between the Vytal teams in Europe and the US, as well as within the US team
Market expansion and customer success projects: implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers such as Oracle Park (San Francisco), LA Coliseum (Los Angeles), etc.
Co-CEO support: preparing presentations, analyses, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings

Your profile and skills:

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated individual to join as a Founder Associate, working directly with our two Co-CEOs on scaling our US subsidiary. This highly hands-on role is ideal for someone who wants to accelerate their career and prepare for a Founder or General Manager role.

3 - 6 years of experience in startups, consulting, finance, or similar roles
Strong analytical abilities and outstanding execution skills
High hands-on mentality and an independent working style across time zones
Excellent communication skills in German and English; Hawaiian and Spanish are a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition and willingness to grow into a Founder/GM role, e.g., eventually becoming the General Manager of VYTAL US Inc.
Willingness to travel and spend at least 4 - 6 weeks per quarter in the US
